Crafts and culture:
In the Chaozhou area, this 'Chaozhou-style green onion cake',
namely 'zhi cong bing', is usually used as an offering
in the Ching Ming Festival. This cake, with its sweet stuffing,
has its unique taste and appearance. The combined taste of
sesame and spring onion is delicious and appetising.
