工藝文化:在潮州地區,此產品之命名,來自口感效果,
煉製之糖是軟糖,拌合米花後,樁坎壓混,令口感出現,
‘米潤糖’是潮式稱呼,又稱‘米軟糖’。
眝藏:室溫存放在陰涼處,如溫度不適當,品質/保質期可能有變。
Crafts and culture:
In the Chaozhou area, the naming of this product is due to
the taste. The refined sugar is soft sugar. Mixed with fried
rice grains by means of beating, pressing and stirring, it
gives a delicious taste. Apart from the Chaozhou name
'mi run tang', it is also called 'mi ruan tang'(soft rice sweet).
