在潮州地區，( 綠豆 )是民間普食，常用在當地的食品上，潮州人多喜吃( 綠豆 )，

因其有清香可口的食味，故師傅們把它制成[ 甜餡 ]，用作制餅之材料，此品種因

經由炒煮而成，所以味道裏有清香中帶炒煮之風味。

眝藏：室溫存放在陰涼處，如溫度不適當,品質/保質期可能有變。

Craftsmanship and culture :

In the Chaozhou area, green bean is commonly used in the local family menu.

Thanks to the fragrance from the sauteing and boiling of green bean stuffing,

wrapped in a vegetarian outer-layer, this product tastes pure and
