工藝文化:[荖花]是潮州人的土話,意思是 鬆中帶空、空中帶髓,
糖層之製作效果,與它配合後所組成的口感,鬆脆中帶柔斷層,
在潮州地區,此產品之命名,是來自它的口感效果。

眝藏:室溫存放在陰涼處,如溫度不適當,品質/保質期可能有變。
Crafts and culture :
In the Chaozhou dialect 'lao hua' means 'loose with hollows;
hollow with marrow'. Composed of layers of sugar, this produst
tastes crispy with softness among certain broken layers, so the
bakers have named it 'lao hua su tang'. Included in the long-
established vegetarian menu, this product is specially desinged
for vegetarians.

Note: Nowadays it is usually called 'lao hua'.
