工藝文化:此產品的命名,是來自它的原料名稱,
加上花生及軟糖組合後,冷卻後切件.
椰蓉是一種主味原料,香味專有.可引領配料共同發揮,
所以與之組合,皆以椰蓉、椰絲為頭稱呼.
眝藏:室溫存放在陰涼處,如溫度不適當,品質/保質期可能有變,
可存放50天。
Crafts and culture:
The name of this product comes from its dominant
ingredient . After the addition of peanuts and soft sugar,
it is allowed to cool and then cut into pieces. Coconut paste is a
principal flavour-ingredient with a special aroma, and can
help supporting ingredients to manifest thier flavours. Thus
products with coconut paste as an ingredient usually have
'ye rong' (coconut paste), 'ye si' (coconut chips) as their
prefix.
