在潮州地區，( 綠豆 )是民間地方，常用在當地的食品上，潮州人多喜吃( 綠豆 )，

因其有清香可口的食味，故師傅們把它制成[ 甜餡 ]，用作制餅之材料，此品種因

經由炒煮而成，所以味道裏有清香中帶炒煮之風味。

眝藏：室溫存放在陰涼處，如溫度不適當,品質/保質期可能有變。

Crafts and culture :

In the Chaozhou area, green beans are popular and widely

used in making food. As it is fragrant and tasty, it is made

into 'sweet stuffing' for cakes, Since it is stir-fried and

boiled, there is a pure fragrance with a sauteed-boiled

flavour.
