In the
Chaozhou
area, this product is mainly used as an offering for the Ching Ming Festival. ¡¥Niao
bing¡¦ is actually ¡¥Chaozhou-style
baked bun in the form of a bird¡¦. It has a sweet flavour. It comprises the fragrance of a
baked bun as well as the original pure taste of the sweet
potato itself. This product is divided into 2 kinds : ¡¥with
stuffing¡¦ and ¡¥without stuffing¡¦. The former have a strong taste of
the fillings whereas the latter have a simple, pure taste.
Included in the
long-established vegetarian menu, this product
is specially designed for vegetarians. |
