The stuffing of this product is a combination of the stuffing of
¡¥gui-yu
lao bing¡¦ and
that of ¡¥lu dou sha
bing¡¦. This is
not the only product having two different kinds of stuffing in the
Chaozhou
area. It tastes original. Similarly, ¡¥jin
qian ji¡¦ (grilled ham and chicken) in barbecue shops is made of
chicken liver and pork. This combination can enhance the
taste to a higher level. |
