The establisher of Woo Kee Loong (Kwai Yue) Caks Shop is Mr. Yeung Po, whose other name is Chiu Ping. He is from Kwai Yue Village, Chao Yang County, Guangdong Province, China.

Mr. Yeung Po studied the techniquse of cake-making arduously when he was small, and then travelled to Hong Kong and set up his business when he was a young man. He collaborated with a group of master bakers with traditional craftsmanship who made cakes, sweets, pastries and buns.

　  Mr. Yeung Tze Yee, a son of Mr. Yeung Po, has been staying with his father in the shop since childhood, thereby learning traditional crafts. As there are different specialists working in the shop from time to time, he has systemically collected years of records, and preserved various traditional crafts and principles.
